any good flatland video (media i can watch on my tv) recommendations? i have the following: flatsphere flatcrap ground rules odyssey (not all flat) baco 10 (ditto) ...and thats about it with flatland...any others i should defeinitely look into? i love the riding in flatsphere and flatcrap...but i need more tia, jd. The Diversion videos are pretty cool. A good variety of riders with interviews. Then of course, you can buy the Dorkin DVD boxset.

so my 18 posts about this video was hint enough for jmc to bring it out last night id give the video...let's say 4/5 stars. i really like the "intro" where they show a minute or so of his riding, over through the years. starts with 92, then 93, then i think 96...and it skips a few here and there. it's really cool to see how much someone progresses over time. this is why you should video yourself as often as possible. i couldn't watch it with sound so i cannot comment on the soundtrack...but i'll get back to yoos about that later. although i've seen it, and it is not that long (what about 30 minutes?), i think i will get it for my collection. jd.

Roger's Garage is a must-have. Rick M.'s tech control and flow was unbelievable. you gotta love a bike video with mullet heads tearing it up on chrome bikes. ahh, those were the days... i guess 'cause i'm more of a newschooler, but there was one trick on there that makes me laugh every time. rider catches sick air and just keeps on pedaling in the air. doesn't translate in words. that was a real gem!

so, when i was over in ams i picked up flatTV volume 5...im not sure the format will work in my dvd player...so i just watched it on the old pc...but either way it was great.
the main video is about an hour...and the bonus was what, 15 minutes?
there is a ton of great contest footage, some of peunte doing his one footed tomahawks...or whatever the heck that trick is...awesome.
argh...wanna go back out riding now.

That Rollaz Deuce vid is worth checkin out. This one dude has a funny habit of breaking into a classic dance from the past when he falls off his bike. Anything from Intrikat of course. Flatsphere and Behind the Circle of Balance are sick. Naturally, if you can keep up with KJ from the Plywood Hoods in the Dorkin Box set, you are in good company. He was pullin nuts in the early 90's that still has me shaking my head.
