I've noticed that we have a few riders from Sacramento, and San Fran. We should plan a Jam. MIght be worth the time and the effort. Just a thought. It's always cool to meet new riders.

I'd be down for it. The SF/Bay area is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from where I'm located, but Sacramento's only about 1. If anybody can suggest a spot and furnish a broom or a blower, I'm willing to help clear debris. I've done it before; ask Brett Downs.

I'm 2 hours from Sac. Let's plan something. I bet MUTT would get involved too.

mutt's back at Pedal and pushing the Clocktower get-togethers on Saturdays, and, apparently, there are sunday sessions at a Park 'n' Ride in Danville, kinda outer Bay. I don't know when I can make either of those, but it'll most likely be the Clocktower on a saturday, because I know where it is and can get parking fairly near it. I'm hoping to be able to go down there maybe, sorta possibly on the weekend of my birthday (the 29th) if I get paid in a timely manner, but there's no telling if I'll actually have the energy to pull my bike out and ride if it's anything like the last weekend I went down there.

Definitely look me up. I'm going to try and make sure I'm hooked up and properly internetted from here on out. Even though the combination of internet and tv service completely ate up the time I've normally been using to ride. I should reach equilibrium by next weekend, though.
Yup, another birthday... the d**n things seem to come just about every year, but I can never seem to catch up with my brothers and sisters... they're all still older than I am.

Back on subject... mutt sent word that there's an "official" jam at the Clocktower on Oct. 21. If you don't know where it is, go to the SBC/Giants stadium and then look for the, uh, big clock? Yeah, big clock.

This is sad. I for one can't believe that there are this many people in Nor Cal that ride. I know better than that. Anyways, Mutt, after football season, my son and I will finally come ride with you on Sundays.
Nor Cal riders unite. Let's explode this board.
