LOL!! That would be awesome Sean. You're a fireman right? I'm sure there are plenty of jobs available to you down here. Only thing with Cali is, it's expensive to live here. But if you're really serious, I can definitely try to help you out...at least get some leads. The rest is up to you.

Congratulations Mark!
And, Jim, sorry to hear about your pulled hamstring dude. I feel your pain. I'm sidelined with a pulled back muscle for almost a week now.

The Zone is the best spot I've ever seen. It's meant for flatland contests, not skating. It's a place where you don't have to choose a section of the floor to ride on, it's all good, just do your thing! Chris Balls is the man, that contest went so well. Mark got the appreciation he deserves and we all were treated so hospitably. The owner Nathan said he reserfaces the place after the summer and the tire marks were no big deal. he's down for more flatland. thanks for the contest, it was an amazing feeling to wake up at my place and drive 5 min. to ride with all my friends and some of THE BEST FLATLANDERS IN THE WORLD! It's a dream come true...

well said! that floor is legendary. i'm so proud of the austin guys, and really excited that i got to see all of the absolutely fantastic riding yesterday. Chris B. put on an outstanding contest. wow! oh, thanks for the kind words icastle. i hope you heal up good, and stay healed up. i'm surprisingly un-dissapointed by the injury. the contest was just THAT good

Here are some of my highlights from the Round Up.
1. Getting a chance to meet Davids Family. I had already met his Mother and Brother from last years round up. This year his Aunt and Grandma and Grandfather were there. Its a real treat to know that they really dig the videos of David that I have put together. 2. Meeting Julio from SA Its so very cool to know that you can inspersome one and keep them motivated and make a new friend at the same time. We will be riding togther soon!!! 3. BMX Chicks!! I had a chance to meet Julia the Master Mind behind BMX Chicks here in Austin. There are more flatlnaders out there. Its soo very cool to know that our group of friends is growing. I will be going out to ride with the BMX Chicks to help them learn some Flatland Tricks. Its just totally cool...who knows maybe there will even be a web site!!! hahahah 4. Masters of Champions on DVD I turned the video clip I have on the interent into a DVD friday night and ask Matt and Terry both to sign it. So I have a real collectors item now. 5. Scott O, He was very kind to reconize all the things I do with BMX Freestyelr for flatland. If ya know me you know I just love to help in anyway I can. It just about put tears in my eyes!! 6. Placing 5 place That really took my breath away. I had no idea what I had placed even after chris told me. I thought for sure he had me confused with some one else. 7. Pulling a Backwards Halfhiker I struggle with that trick alot. I don't do it very often that well, but I got one in at the comp infront of everyone. I have still yet to do a decade in a comp...maybe E5 8. Hanging out with New and Old friends. I met way to many people to list everyone but the entire day was filled with just a Awesome Vibe.
Keep on Riding!!!
