Started getting backwards hang fives really dialed yesterday, even started doing them one handed. Then I jammed my finger on my left brake lever doing a one handed bunnyhop. Next time I'll look at the grip!!! Hopefully March will bring better weather and more riding time. I've started keeping my bike in my trunk of my car so I can ride on my lunch break. Now stop reading and go ride!!!

Wish I could go ride...but its 12 hour work days and no time for riding. I will make the exception on Wed because it will me Clint Majors last day in town for awhile. Other than that its to dark and cold today. I shall spend some time editing footage and making some updates to the site. Awesome to see the message board being used! The community is growing and thats great!

Went to the docs today after a mean crash over the weekend trying out Messiah's for the first time. I smashed both elbows hard into the street after I over rotated forward and flipped over. Good news is nothing is broke but the doc told me it may be best to stay of the bike for a few weeks my right arm has quite the nasty bone bruise. As soon as it heals I'll be right back out there working on those Messiah's!!! lol!

April is coming on quick, and i still can't consistently ride out of Fncking squeakers??? my routine is this 20 min's on backward karls, 10 pulled tailwhips, 15 min.'s squeakers, then 10 min's on this babyface-thing. then repeat. on the days i get to ride outside 10-15 min's on peg wheelies (yeah, how pathetic is that?), 20-30 min's on half lashes, 10-15 min.'s on pegwheeliespins? and am stuck at 540 Fncking degrees, 15 min;s on backward steams and am starting to try and double foot those. then repeat the indoor hr after the kids go to bed. sorry .... i do feel better now. start over tomorrow.

man I finally rode into a halfpacker a couple of weeks ago. Jeez was that a long time a coming. Its like losing your virginity all over. haha.
my function bmx frame has been breaking too much at the steering tube and patch welds keep breaking so I got a used strowler. little bit shorter , differernt and fun.
Yea i started riding every day at lunch for about 30 minutes too. seems to work out for the better instead of busting my butt for hours a few days a week. woot!

Today I got super serious about trying to juggle my hitch. Its so there I just need to do it. I keep trying over and over again and again. I know I can do it I just need to do it. On a funny note I did some back wheel hops on the pedals. Those are so much fun!! My neighbor thought it looked cool!
Also I met Ray a few days ago. He lives around the corner from me. I gave him Austin Flatlanders 2009 so He can see whats really going on. He used to ride BITD and he says I am motivating him to get on a bike and start riding again. I really do up we can gain momentum and get him on a bike. He was on Flatland Fuel..so that is very hopefull.
Keep on Riding!

haven't ridden much this week, tore up the back of my leg Saturday and so I'm waiting on some shinguards from Dan's to come in, I got a set of LizardSkins that supposedly cover both front/back so hopefully my shin blasting days will come to a standstill lol

Today while riding at the O.G. with Jim and Randall a car stopped and asked if we ride flatland. I was like yeah we ride flat. He then procceded to tell us that he had seen us there before and wanted to show his friend what flatland BMX looked like. He wanted me to do a trick for him. I was thinking really fast what trick can I pull on the first try that is impressive to someone that has not seen it before. I decieded to do my forward spining mega spin. To my suprise as I got my spin going. I kept spinning and I was magically pumping my spin. It felt like I went around about 6 or 7 times and I just kept going I was in total amazment. The people that were watching were very impressed. I shouted out the site...and told them to swing by on Saturday when the whole crew comes out to ride. It was trully amazing. Also I pulled a clean Crosshanded Hang 5 switch to Messiah and out!

Tonight at the O.G. we streamed live footage. I guess it was very spotty as I have tried to watch it back on the pc its borken up pretty good. We will have to try again maybe with a Wifi connection. Riding was great today. John Yull was on FIRE!! FIRE I said. He was hitting all kinds of tricks and on film as well. As for my riding I was finally able to do cross handed hang 5 to Messiah again. I was happy that its getting a bit easier to get into. Great to see the Forum being used..keep it up and definatly

It was HOT today..hahah. I had a good session. I keep working on Crosshanded Hang 5 to Messiah. I am getting it pretty good now and working on linking my Messhia back to hang 5 from there. It looks more like a quick switch on film I need to drag it out a bit further so you can see that I am in different position.
Switch hand steam?? Coming along!

that's great Mark!
I've started working out to lose some of this weight I put on from being injured. so far I'm down 8 pounds. kind of frustrated now; nothing is dialed, but I'm going to keep plugging away at it. this weather is amazing for that ;D
