^nice, Havok!
I got pretty much adjusted to the new setup yesterday and fell in love with it. I'm still trying to pull this link; it's getting closer but still needs a lot of practice. With any luck I'll sneak out today and work on it some more.

well...I thought I was used to the frame. I ended up hurting my nipple today while riding. It looks horrible now LOL. vimeo.com/18379235

Ooo yeah I didn't ride at all today. My back is so sore I can barley move. I will be forced to take some time off. Sucks but I need to be ready for Saturday. Should be fun riding for a crowd of people.

Thanks Havok,
I am still taking it easy again. I will do a little around the house today but I really think it has to do with the cold weather. My back is hurting right were I had surgery a few times. Its pretty normal for me to be hurting for a few days before I can get back on my bike. I will take this time to focus on a few other things.
Nice double footed squeakers. I never could do that no matter how hard I tired. I need to re visit that again and see what I can do with my left foot. hahaha
Keep on Riding!

well i bent my seat post a little the other day, but thought i could still ride on it. i slipped back on a db-ft'd squeaker last night and bam!, the post bent another 10 or 20 degrees.
so i'm on funky chickens and side squeaks until my new post arrives.
still really pumped for some reason and rode for 1.5 hrs today.

That Friday video was nice jim! I wish I could ride today, but I have a injured shoulder. Hopefully, I'll be back on my bike by this summer. I just want to say, ride hard and don't take anything for granted. Having a busted shoulder made me realize I need to do my best everyday. I wasn't before but now I have learned. I hope you guys have a nice day and have fun riding!

I've been riding in my garage for a week, pretty stoked to get outside later today. I figured out the main thing I was doing wrong on footjam decades and I can't wait to see if I get closer today
