A new month of riding begins! Even with the colder temps, I'm hoping to get in some riding. There have been a flood of Ground Tactics videos coming out lately that have me very inspired to push myself as a rider. Last night I only rode about 30-45 minutes as it was the coldest it's been here since 1983! I'm mainly working on my whiplash technique, determined to get it dialed in so I can reach my dream of a double whiplash.
keep riding!

I really liked that!! Getting ready for Trick of the MONTH? hehehe. I have been trying these since Adam said it was like a Lard Yard. I get maybe 2 scuffs 3 on a really good go of it. I love how you put this video together. Man I wish I could ride and film! Soon. I have only rode once this month. It was a good day of riding though!

I have been spending to much time on Facebook liking messages. I was just trying to like your message Havok..hahahah
I hope you feel better soon. Stoked on you getting a new ride. R-dog is going back to full brake set up too. Could this be a growing trend?

Today I hit a double juggler on my opposite direction. I actually am doing it smoother that way than the first direction I learned. Then feeling confident I did it both directions in the same link!! So completely happy!!

last night I had another short session. I am working hard on the crackpacker again. I rode in a few times last night. Still not even close to riding out but I will eventually get there. My opposite juggler is getting stronger while my regular direction has improved as well. But the funny thing is I am smoother on my opposite direction. FUNNY how that works. I think I am going to slow on my regular side because I stop at halfhiker instead of swinging around. I don't know if I can just pop it in front of me and keep rolling. Whip lash training is going well too. I think I have figured out some things.
Keep on Riding!

I've been having little to no luck landing anything these past couple days of riding, but on a positive note, turbined peg wheelies are improving; getting 3-4 somewhat consistently now. still struggling with the new tricks I'm working on, and looking forward to riding today!

I finally did some filming today. I didn't get anything new but I will still edit a few of the tricks i was able to pull. I even put on a quick show for some passer by. That is always fun. I was trying to think of trick to pull but my mind has been a large blank lately. I am so focused on hitchhiker jugglers right now that's all that is on my mind. I need to start branching out again. I am hoping with the weather getting much better I will be able to get a full week of riding in this week. I also filmed for Trick of the Month!! Finally before the month is over thank goodness. I will be doing some editing tomorrow. Keep on Riding! Ooo if your new to the BMX Freestyler message board please tell us who you are in this thread here. raddad67.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=BMX&action=display&thread=93&page=6

I feel your pain. I took off a most of this month not because I wanted too though. Now that I am back to riding everyday for awhile my progression spurt has fizzled out. I can barley do some of what I call basic links right now. Its going to take some time to get back the consistency that I was building. I was doing my opposite foot hang 5 today and i was thinking about Havok. Hang-5s are HARD until you learn how to do them only. Just keep at it. Really your making progression you may not feel it but its happening rather is just a little it is truly progression. Have you set up a length goal? Once you hit that one then make it just a little longer next time. That way you will physically see your progression. Set up a goal of like 3 feet to roll. Use some lines on the ground or make markers with chalk or rocks.
