I had pretty much given up the idea of riding 20" bikes years ago but I was just browsing flatlandfuel this evening and saw they are blowing out the 2010 DK Opsis for $249. I couldn't resist. We'll see how this goes. Let's see if I can rekindle the flatland passion I had in the late 80s.

I too am get back into riding. Watching all the RadDad videos has inspired me to get into it again. I picked a 2010 Opsis. I love it! I rode back in the 80’s and can say that it’s hard to compare today technology to the stuff we had back then. The Opsis is much better than the any of the bikes I had back then. I have owned a Haro Master, 87 Diamondback Strike Zone Mike Dominguez, 91 or 92 Dyno Compe. I like the Opsis, but it does have some week points. I am sure it’s like any other hobby; get the best you can afford. Like Mark said have fun.

I've got the 2010 Opsis too and also used to ride an 88 Master. The Opsis is a lot different, one of the main things that's hard to get used to is the bars, they don't have the sweep of our old school bars. For me the frame seems a bit short (I'm just on 6 feet tall) so I'm gonna try a longer stem and longer seat post as well as some chrome 48's. One suggestion made to me a fair while ago was to upgrade the frame to a Hoffman Strowler which I still might do yet. Keith
