Not sure what this poll is about? Read all about it here: --------------- Rock Walks: Rock walks are where you do a 180’ endo, but when your back wheel hits the ground, you continue to do another 180’ spin on the back tyre. A (somewhat poor) animated gif of this trick can be found herePogos: Pogos are quite simple, but still look cool. Going into an endo, you use your upper body strength to get the weight off the front handlebars enough to pull them upwards, performing a small bunny hop. Variations include going onto the back wheel instead and performing barspins, or jumping from a front pogo into a back pogo by whipping the back wheel underneath you. edit - Figured out how to make links look nicer

I picked the rockwalk because:
1. I've always wanted to learn it, so this will give me an extra "push" to do it 2. Pogos look cool, but rock walks, well, rock 3. Rock walks are a good street trick and very versatile

I got to get in on this. pogos are just silly. I can get one revolution on a rockwalk... I've always wanted to learn to go farther. Maybe I don't ride fast enough and get enough momentum.

That's how I do them now. BITD, I used to do them with both brakes engaged. I think it's easier brakeless. After you get the first 180 in, the rest just kind of flows. You kind of have to go medium speed.

I can't do it with breaks. Not very well. I am so used to spinging around the first 180 with out them. I stop my momentum with breaks now. I have been having problems with the second half with this freecoaster but I am picking it back up again.
Anyone doing mutiple rockwalks??? Most I ever got is 1

From the looks of it we will be doing Rock Walks in January...Sounds like fun. It wont make good pictures but great videos. So if you can't do this trick right now. YOu can start working on it sooner so you can get your trick in

Rock walk is one of the first tricks I ever learned, first with brakes and then brakeless. I still like to do them while street-riding or just flatlanding, especially if things aren't going well!! Always go back to your foundation, thats what my paramedic instructor use to say, and he was right!! If things are bad, just return to your roots.... Ride ON!!

That's funny ... if something's not working and I'm getting "worked up," I just bust a rockwalk or peg wheelie. It makes me remember that I can actually do some things on a bike

Always remember, we do this for fun!! Its so easy to get frustrated when you're learning something new!! I still have fun just framestanding or riding backwards. You never forget the feeling the first time that you starting pedaling without any support and now were busting out tricks!!
