what kind of grips are those? i like em Those are the Primo Corey Martinez grips. I needed new grips since my old ones finally wore out. I usually stick with the Primo logo grips because I have been using them for so long, but the store had none in stock. I like these better, it has a really grippy surface, and I have been "giving it to them" for about 6 month now...

Sweet bike, shortbus! what's the frame looks like a condor? Pretty awesome looking bars what kind? Hahahhaa, it's a DBI(Dirt Brothers Industry's) shortbus. It was a really small company in california that boasted about unbreakable frames and lifetime warranties... they are out of buisness now, lol! I did break the weld from the TT to seat post and it took them 6-months to fix. And the frame weighs a little over 7lbs. And I still don't know why my bike weighs so much, lol. But I have been using it for about 5-6 years now and it's treated me pretty well. And those are the Odyssey Barrio bars. I switched out to the fly stem and bars recently and am beginning to like it. I chose the 190mm tall bars, and it was really wierd at first, oh well. I'll take some new pics soon, but it's been down pouring all day here... ...later all! Adam.

Well, my show is finally here and I've been riding the hell out of it. I'm finally starting to feel comfortable with it, and even doing some things that were really hard for me on my old bike. Like fork glides, and backwards dork wheelies I have some pics of it that a friend took for me here: plaza.rakuten.co.jp/yokobmx/He also gave me some ares 88 pegs, they feel the same weight as the gt ones, but they didn't work because of the packman dropouts Oh well. Also, the weight of the rear end is a joke to what I used to have. It's really nice, and holding up fine for me so far... I've really gotta do something about that taska freecoaster though. It does have a heavy front end, mostly from the huge heavy chromoly bars and forks. I think I wanna take my old bars and forks and swap them onto this. But ever since riding this, the inside of my foot stopped hurting and I think it's because of how nicely the bottom of the fork legs are shaped. And it has a front brake cable holder, so no more zip ties. Plus it's hard for me to just disreguard what this bike is, and strip it of the cool old school parts it has and that still work fine... I mean, the pegs are lighter than my demolition plastic/alum pegs, the crank assembly is lighter than my prifile cranks w/ti spindle, the wheels are lighter... etc... etc... I think I might be able to live with the bars and forks. We'll see... But right now, I am a happy camper :-D

Nice bike, shortbus. I always wanted one of those frames. How does it feel for flat?

I'm assuming you meant the gt show? Well, it's a little lighter than my old bike and the bars were way wider and lower than I am used to. So I switched out to my fly suelo bars and it was feeling really good. But I loved the way the forks relieved the pain on my inner foot soul, like the bend is perfect. But I had switch them out to my oddyssey flat forks as well because the clamping system never worked very well for me. (Headset always came loose). And with my old bars/stem/forks on it, it feels too light. Like I keep falling off because I am putting my normal amount of effort into things when I now need much much less... The only thing I have to change out now is the taska freecoaster, my arestic boo is waiting on new spokes. Later
