From the creators of the Oak Street Beach Jam:
Hello everyone. I know it's cold out and we can't
ride much outside however, I have some good news. I
am holding another jam for Mayor Daley’s Holiday
Sports Festival on on December 28, 29 & 30th, 2005.
For this event, I will have some ramps and the
Flatland area is too good to be true. It is perfectly
smooth. Since I am trying to bring B.M.X. freestyle
back to it's roots I hope ALL riders can come out and
represent the sport. That means old school and new
school, young and old, and everyone in between. Come
out and represent B.M.X. Freestyle. We will have a,
"Flatland basics", clinic and I will give out a gift
certificate on each day of the event. We will also
have DJs spinning some tunes to get you hyped to ride.
If you can only make on one day, try to make it on
Thursday, Dec. 29th, however, we will be there daily
on December 28, 29 & 30th from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Admission is FREE of charge. If you have any
questions, feel free to email me. This is YOUR event,
come out and represent. I will keep you guys updated
on any further developments. This is a local Chicago city/suburbs jam but all are invited.
