naw, no free weights-just pushups, ab exercises, yoga, and I set up an exercise bike in the living room. now I can watch flatland on the big screen while I pedal-sort of killing two birds with one stone so far the results are amazing. I suck at pushups and situps, but I'm almost to the point where I feel the need to do it every day, and that's pretty much my goal. To make it a part of my day without even debating it or "making time". anyways, I'm rambling. have a good weekend ya'll.

Okay...went to the doctor, and of course they told me I tore something. I go in for a MRI next Tuesday, and then I can proceed to surgery. So, I will be out for a few weeks...but, i'm going to try and make it to the OG to shoot photos. Maybe not this weekend...cause the weather sucks so bad...but soon. I miss riding flat already. I still ride some of my other bikes for transportation, but no freestylin' for me.

Sorry to here you tore something Todd. Hopefully it will be a easy fix. When I had Knee surgery I was back to riding in about 9 weeks or so. I just took it very very easy for a long time until I was comfy with twisting again.
Its been forever since I have had any kind of constant riding. I need to spend my time on the bike today and not doing Media ie photos and video. I have been off my bike way to long. I need a Boost of Moral and the ability to move on from the tricks that I have been working on for some time now. IE...Hitchhikers and Crackpackers. They have consumed my riding time to the point that I need to learn it so I can move on.
Keep on Riding!

ugh, what a harsh week, was sick all week, bike needs a flat fixed anyway, then the rain too...yikes. I'm feeling bettah and I'll probably fix my bike this evening, going to replace both tubes, probably replace my chain too as I put it on way too tight, got some better brake pads and I want to tighten the slack on the freecoaster a bit too so I got a nice little mini-project brewing. I probably would have just left things alone if not for the flat tire, but I figured I might as well get everything done now so I don't have to wrench on it any more for a while, and the flat gave me the excuse to tinker with it. (heh)

Today I had a Awesome session with my Son. He learned the Ride Out! I was phyced that he committed to learning some tricks. He pulled that bad boy 3 times. We rode pretty hard in front of the house today. My body is sore and week. I figured out more of my crackpacker and my turbing hang 5 is getting ridiculous now. I am feeling the progression starting to build again from the daily riding sessions. Its going to pay off I know it will. Whats going on out there. I think its been 3 day and no new post.
Keep on Riding!

that's awesome Mark, and C! I've been riding very much, eating healthy food and exercising. things are very good here. i have so many ideas of things i want to try that's it's hard to just work out on just one or two. jomopro is coming up quick. i'm loving the weather and riding my bike in it. thinking of all the fun that's coming up real soon is adding to the motivation to ride.
I put up a video from yesterday. Adam mentioned on Tuesday that I should hold the tire on hitchikers, so yesterday I learned that and basically got to goof off with a lot of stuff. this saturday I'll be working on something new on the back wheel. I am so stoked!

I wound up having to fix the back wheel, got caught up in some other stuff and couldn't make it. I did get some riding in though, I've got a pretty flat driveway and a smallish radio that plays/charges my ipod lol I've learned one thing riding the last 2 days, I'm in need of TONS of practice :-D

Today was Awesome!! I finally broke the Barrier that has been up for awhile and rode out of a Hitchhiker! I only was able to pull one completely but I made it back to steam roller several times during this session. I also rolled it with unbelievable smoothness. It was nice to make the transition from hitch back to steam with out feeling out of control. Its just a matter of a few more session now. My Training will be complete. I was once the student now I am the MASTER! (Star Wars new hope) hahaha
Keep on Riding!

that is AWESOME Mark!! I've been practicing a lot lately, some days I'm on it, some days I'm off. I stopped wearing my knee brace after almost 2 years now. after about a week of daily riding, it's still cool. i'm very very stoked on that!
