Hope everyone had fun. After the jam, I realized I need to work on more spinning tricks. So, if you see turbing and what not, you know why.

I put together a list of tricks I want to work on for the summer:
Links:
- Opposite Cross Footed Steamroller to Cross Footed Switch Hand Steamroller - Cross Footed Karl Kruiser to Regular Footed Karl Kruiser - Backwards Inside Switch Hand Steamroller to Forward Switch Hand Steamroller - One Hand Steamroller to Inside Half-Packer
Tricks:
-Time Machine -Turbine Steamrollers(from Fork Glide) - Cross Footed Hitch Hikers
As of now, I'm more worried about Time Machines and Karl Kruiser variations... I put together this list to remind myself what I want to work on this summer. I don't expect to land everyone of these links or tricks at the end of the summer. I put together a similar list two years ago and my riding took off...

Thats a great idea Amahl! Keep us uptodate with your progression. I have been riding after work for the past 3 days. Its been fun. I need to work more with my karl. I have gotten more comfy with rolling backwards in that postion. I will eventually turbine it backwards.
Keep on Riding!

That's a really good idea Amahl. I also want the karl foot switch. I've hit it a couple times, but need hammer down to learn it. This summer I'm working on
pumping switch hand steams and hitchikers back wheel multiple turbines scuffing hang 10's spinning/pumping hitchikers. I'm going to land one if it takes all summer!

I haven't ridden in a couple days now. Taking a much needed break. Last night tho, I had a flatland dream-only had a couple of them since I started. It was sic. I was riding very fast, pumping everything like crazy. Doing quick one handed jugglers, Dave-style. It was awesome. I'm going riding tomorrow! Also, I got added to The Byke Project's flow team. From now on I'll have a cool shirt to wear to jams and stuff ;D so stoked right now
*Ya'll that read this and get at me via phone, I'm in need of numbers. My phone was destroyed and I can't make or receive calls now. I'm hoping to have a phone again by the weekend.
peace!

Today was Amazing. I took the steps I needed to finally start dialing my hitchiker. I worked hard on doing Halfhiker back down to double footed steam. That has always been tricky for me. Got it now. Then I worked on getting to hitch back to half. Got that part too. It was getting from half to double footed steam that was still hurting me. I was able to do it just from half but the problem was from hitch I never went back to a solid half. I am confidnant in my halfhiker now. Its crazy stable.
Today I got 3 Hitchikers! I feel like I am on fire! 3 in one day. I have compeatly lost count on them now. I am ready to do some at the O.G. Finally. I just got to keep working that halfhiker and I will have it dialed in.
This Thread used to thrive....It was the one thread that was growing with replys and views. Things have slowed way down. Who else is out there riding!
Congrats Jim on making the Flow Team! BYKE Project...in the HOUSE!
Keep on riding!

Today I landed my first Time Machine. It wasn't as fast as I would have liked it to be, but I did actually land the trick. I also did three Hitchhikers to Hang 5. I haven't been riding a whole lot of flatland, I'm more focus on riding street as of now.
Congrats Jim on the sponsorship.

mark, I like your game plan for attacking hitchhiker rideouts. im gonna try focusing on the half to double footed steam. getting closer. megaspins, timemachine, turbine hang5 are still the main focus of my sessions. also got a camera to film myself , it really does provide good feedback on what going on. gonna try to put some stuff on youtube for trick of the month when i get around to it. Seems like the last year progression has been real slow. i can tell im getting better but its not quite like it was the previous year. Been having a blast riding with my buddy here in tallahassee. Hes working on backwards hiker and hang 5s. hes been progressing really fast. Got a mini storage place and put my drumkit in it. thats kind of taking front seat now. flatland replaced the drumkit when i moved into the big city a few years ago. jim has really got sponsered? wow congrats i mean MAD PROPS!! I like that interview raddad did of that dude that just saw flatland for the first time at jomopro. Dude was like "Ive taken the best pictures of bmx in that last 24 hours out of all the years" and " i just cant get over the ridiculousness " mark chimed in and he corrected himself : "i mean the sickness if it all" good stuff.

Good Stuff Ben!
Today since I have been seeing Alex doing Cliffhangers I thought I would give it a try. Its been years since I even attemted those. It really was not bad at all. I got in 2 times for about 1/4 of a sec..hahahaha. It was skerry. Its going to take some practice but it will happen some day.
I was not able to pull a hitch today during my short session but I was able to ride from half back to double footed steam...switch to steam and then scuffed a funky chicken. That was insane. I have never did that before and my funky chicken was in control. I ran out of room so I had to bail out but I am sure I could do that again!
Keep this thread alive this thread is the heart beat of bmx freestyler message board. With out this thread there would be ................................................................................
Keep on Riding!
