This is called a Foot Jam. Foot Jam Endo: Ride at moderate speed (or what ever speed your comfortable doing this) Jam your foot against the top of your forks and tire,Slightly push foward to endo (when your more comfy with it , try pushing harder on the bars and holding that position). * When you Jam your foot don't let your toes jam in between the tire and fork,That may hurt a lot .Instead,jam your foot pointing to the side ,so it wont go in between the tire and fork. *Once you've got it dialed (mastered it) try the different variations. Foot in front of fork: Same as above.The Idea is the same instead your foot is going in front of the fork and on the tire.Pull with your foot and leg and push harder on your bars. hope it helps! surfer_atomico
