I pretty much suck at that backwards. WHen I do it though I use only 1 hand and you will want to squat with your legs. All the balance is controlled when you bend with your knees. Since your falling backward that means your not leaning far enough fwd. Just a let go of the bar and squat fwd a tad more. Lots of pratice will be needed but you will hit it!!
