The heat is on!
It's hard to ride a lot in this heat, so I've been working out inside more. Last night I spent about an hour working on rolling frontyards. such a cool looking trick. the gyro tabs on my bike really tore up my leg, but I had a lot of fun and even got the back wheel up for a bit a few times. definitely a good trick to work on in this heat!

C'mon October. seriously, we've had several deaths here. heat indexes this week will push the 120 mark.

Yesterday was fun (and hot) as heck! Mark and Randall got everyone together and with a projector, played the Living Legend film on the wall of the OG. That was really really neat, and Robert is a total inspiration, he's still a super sick rider! I'm still working on a couple things, and getting more comfy on the bike, changing it up. Really fun night of riding, wish I could have stayed till the end.

last night at the OG was incredible. as I pulled up to the garage I was shocked to see white smoke just pouring out of it. i didn't know what was up! when i pulled in it was clear, someone had done a crazy burnout and laid a thick strip of burning rubber down. The session was great-cooler temps made riding really enjoyable. i hadn't ridden in almost a week, but landed (rode out of) a rolling frontyard for the first time! I was really stoked-that feeling of pulling something for the first time is the best! After that, we began to hear some loud bangs in the distance. We all went to see what the noise was and got to see an incredible fireworks show! That was really cool and totally unexpected. Saturday is here now, and even tho I'm pretty sore, I can't wait to go back tonight and do it again! hope everyone's doin' alright

Sounds like you had a pretty good day. The heat, yeah, it's been brutal. It's not as hot here, but are temps or up from usual. 96F average. There are no shaded spots so I have to ride early in the morning, or late in the evening. Anyway, nice to meet you guys.
