That's cool Jim, congrats on the upcoming baby! I haven't found a woman that understands my need to spend hrs. alone in a parking lot riding my little bike, LOL.. Even my girlfriend now thinks my flatlanding is a waste of time. Yeah, I might be going back to college, but I'll definitely make the round-up so we can ride. Can't wait to ride with the fellow riders from the message board. Ride on!

I just realized that it's been over a month since I said I should pull my first rolaid in two months. That leaves me less than a month ... We'll see what happens. I had been neglecting that trick.

big congrats icastle and noposer for hittin them goals!! yeah! my own goal of hitch to steam has come and gone i guess, as i honestly haven't been commiting to making it happen. i keep seeing tricks, and thinking some up, and it pulls me away from those long standing goals. but ya know, it's so much fun that i don't mind not hitting my "official" goals. so here's my next 'goal': i'm going to learn to hang 5. last week i had this unbelievable session, and for the first time i actually FELT the balance of the hang5. hopefully this month i'll be able to start to stay in that pocket for a couple feet. good luck ya'll on reaching your own goals! cheers, jim so a month has gone by, and i've finally made the commitment to learn the hang 5. recently i got into the balance a couple times and actually rolled for a couple feet. i'll keep working on it till i get it

My goal for the next month is to finally ride out of fwd hikers. I am so close, I can feel it! Also, become more consistent with time machines and ride out of switch handed steams.

my deadline for the rolaid came and went. i have made some progress, though, and almost landed it twice this week. close, close, but i know i need a lot more practice.
just for the heck of it, i'll add another goal to my list: at least 3 rotations on a megaspin in, say, one month. Stay tuned people ...

Well, I managed to pull off fwd half hikers and fwd hitch hikers. Now, my journey is to be able to pull them consistently. I am also close to pulling off switch handed steams. As for the time machines, some days I feel like I'm finding the right spot and other days I just feel retarded. HAHA! But I'm still working on those! During my journey to pulling off hikers, I managed to learn Karl kruisers from steams. I'm rolling them a little better now with more control so I'm pretty happy about those. Like with any trick, I need to get those dialed in as well. Also, I am working on hang5s to steams and I can get lucky once in a while. I know what I have to do but bad habits keep me from really doing it. And ever since I cut my bars, I can now work on steams to wheelchairs as well. Although now, I really need to figure out how to get out of wheelchairs. LOL! And of course...I must add another goal that's somewhat related to flatland...SAVE MONEY SO I CAN ATTEND CHECK OUT TEXAS ROUND UP II. Hehe!

NO handed pumping crackpacker spins. no handed one footed crackpacker. pumping hiker circles. time machines on the pedals, I love that trick.
